Review by hotel critic
Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my lost car keys had been promptly located and returned to me by the attentive staff, showcasing their exceptional customer service. The air conditioning in my room functioned flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable retreat from the warm Brazilian sun, while the mini-bar was well-stocked with local beverages that truly enriched my experience. I was also thrilled with the dining options, particularly the new team at the restaurant that highlighted regional dishes, allowing me to indulge in a delightful 'capixaba' breakfast. This hotel stands out as one of the best places to stay in São Mateus, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.
